Fold the brochure into three sections before presenting it to them. The section with the Declaration of Independence is the cover, the Liberty Bell with Independence Hall is next. Unfold this section to reveal the Utah SAR informational page.

Free Patriot Ancestor Cursory Search Form
Click the link above to print this two page handout and give to those who may have interest in learning whether or not they have a recognized patriot ancestor of the American Revolution. The form is self-explanatory an asks for certain information that will help the State Society Genealogist to conduct an effective ancestor cursory search.

Extend An Invitation
As a member of the Utah SAR you are welcome to invite others to attend our annual State Society banquets and events. As Chapters make their meeting times and dates available, bring your guests to a Chapter meeting to experience the Sons of the American Revolution.
